General Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped through either Canada Post or ChitChats.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed! I'm just a one-person team doing this by myself. :)
All flat items (stickers, art prints) are shipped as standard untracked lettermail to keep prices low for my customers.
Bulky items (clay art, keychains, sticky note pads, etc.) require tracked shipping (automatically applied during checkout
Estimated Shipping Times
- Canada: up to 2 weeks
- US & International: up to 6 weeks
Although I put my whole heart into my work, I am NOT responsible for orders that get delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping/transit! Please contact your local post office if you have any concerns.
Orders that get lost are also NOT refundable (please see our return/refund policy for more info).
Please select tracked shipping upgrades if you are concerned.
Please ensure the shipping address you have provided is up-to-date and correct. If your shipping information is incorrect, please email me @ janessadraws.contact@gmail.com ASAP before your order gets shipped!
Each customer is responsible for any additional required costs, tariffs, VAT, taxes, or fees associated with their purchases! I will NOT be refunding customers for any additional fees or taxes that have been paid.

USA & International Customers:
At this time, we are only shipping flat items to the US and Internationally through untracked lettermail! Any US/International orders with bulky items such as clay goods and sticky note pads will not be able to check out.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your mail to reach you (potentially longer if you are ordering from overseas!)
